- GENCO, a non-asset-based, third-party logistics solutions provider, operates the 1.1 million-square-foot Hershey Foods and 1.3 million-square-foot Unilever distribution centers at Gateway.
- Meridian IQ, a global logistics management service, operates an 806,400 square-foot Procter & Gamble distribution center at Gateway.
- CDS Logistic Management Inc., also a 3PL, operates an 812,000-square-foot distribution center at Gateway for Dial Corporation.
- USF Holland, a regional LTL (less than truckload) freight carrier, opened an $8 million, 50,000-square-foot, 102-door terminal facility at Gateway in 2005.
